From the North:
Take Route 295 south to Route 42.  Exit onto Route 55 south.

Exit Route 55 at Exit 32B (Rosenhayn).  This is Landis Avenue/Route 56

Take Route 56 west approx. 7 miles

Pass the Golden Pigeon Restaurant and the Farm Credit Building on left at intersection.

Our office is in the tan brick building next to the Farm Credit Building.

Enter drive and park in back or at sides. The AVA Center door is at the back corner of the building.

From the Shore:
Take Route 9 to Route 50 west

Take Route 50 to Route 49 at Tuckahoe (yellow blinker)

Turn left onto Route 49 and stay on it until Route 55 (approx. 18 miles)

Take Route 55 north to Exit 32B (Rosenhayn).  This is Landis Avenue/Route 56

Take Route 56 west approx. 7 miles

From the West:
Follow Route 40 east to Pole Tavern Circle

At the circle, take Route 77 south through 2 yellow blinker lights and one traffic light

At next traffic light, make a left.

Go to the red blinker and turn right onto Route 611

Go to the traffic light at the intersection. The office is in a tan brick building on your left at the intersection.

Enter drive and park in back or at sides.  The AVA Center door is at the back corner of the building.

From the South:
Take Route 49 to Route 77 north (Pearl St.)

Continue on Pearl Street until the intersection just past Burger King

Stay to the right  onto Landis Avenue

The office is in the tan brick building at the next intersection.  It is across from the hardware store.

Enter the drive and park in the back or at the sides.  The AVA Center door is at the back corner of the building.
